Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Statement

By paying any fee to the Milestone Institute of Professional Studies (MIPS), you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Fees paid for any program (online or offline) are strictly non-refundable, regardless of reasons such as:

  • Withdrawal, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction
  • Ineligibility discovered post-admission
  • Change of mind or personal reasons

This applies to all types of fees:

  • Admission, Registration, Course, Examination, Event/Seminar, etc.

3. Discretionary Refunds (Exceptional Cases)

Partial or full refunds may be granted at MIPS’s sole discretion for:

  • Duplicate or excess payments
  • Technical payment errors
  • Course cancellation by MIPS

Refunds (if approved):

  • Are returned to the original payment source only
  • Take 7–21 working days to process
  • Require valid documentation; approval is not guaranteed

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Student-initiated cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
  • If MIPS cancels a course, refunds or fee transfers may be granted at Management’s discretion.

5. Request Process

Refund/cancellation requests must be emailed to mipsinstitutes@gmail.com with:

  • Subject: “Refund/Cancellation Request – [Your Name / Course Name]”
  • Proof of payment and reason with supporting documents

Note: Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

6. No Obligation Clause

MIPS is not obligated to refund any amount not verified as received in the Institute’s official accounts.

Learning Resource Center

Our library is a valuable and well-equipped resource center, housing a collection of over 16,000 books and more than 2,500 titles. With a seating capacity for over 50 students, it offers a conducive environment for study and research.

The library’s resources include:

  • Audio/video cassettes, CDs
  • 200+ project reports
  • Encyclopedias and industry databases
  • Subscriptions to renowned national and international journals, magazines, and newspapers

The entire system is modernized using KOHA Library Management Software in a multi-user environment. All books and users are barcoded for efficient tracking and service. Key functions such as acquisition, cataloguing, and circulation are fully computerized.

The library includes:

  • Air-conditioned reading and reference sections
  • High-speed Wi-Fi for students, faculty, and staff
  • Friendly and supportive library staff
